The origin of this traditional trademark is inherently linked to its place of manufacture in Wilhelmsburg. Although porcelain production in Wilhelmsburg stopped in 1997 after 202 years, a new chapter had opened for the Lilien trademark. The major investment in the production plant in the Czech village of Dvory proves that the company not only maintains traditions, but also creates innovations. A new fire oven was also purchased in 2009. The oven guarantees the highest quality and also fulfills the most progressive aspects of the protection of natural resources. About 200 employees are involved in the manufacturing process of top quality products. Even demanding operations, such as painting and decorating, are carried out manually. There has been no change in the requirement to produce premium, high-quality hotel porcelain, which allows customers to pamper their guests by setting tables of excellent quality. Thousands of satisfied customers from the region, the gastronomic world and the hotel industry are proof of this.
