Austrian Lilien porcelain jumbo mug 400ml and saucer set with Brazuca Coffee logo. Although the name Lilien first appeared just before 1960, the history of porcelain production in Wilhelmsburg, Lower Austria, has much deeper roots.
The origin of this traditional trademark is inherently connected to the place of its manufacture in Wilhelmsburg. Although chinaware production in Wilhelmsburg stopped in 1997 after 202 years, a new chapter had opened for the Lilien trademark. The big investment in the production plant in the Czech village of Dvory proves that, aside from maintaining traditions, the Company takes care of innovations as well. A new fire furnace was purchased in 2009 as well. The furnace guarantees the highest quality and also fulfills the most progressive aspects of the protection of the natural resources. Around 200 employees are involved in the manufacturing process of top quality products. Even demanding operations, like painting and decorating, are done manually. There was no change in the requirement to manufacture high-quality first-class hotel chinaware which enables customers to pamper their guests by setting tables of excellent quality. Thousands of satisfied customers from the area, the gastronomy world and hotel businesses are proof of this.
