Brazuca Coffee Shipping Policy

This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers who make a purchase on our webshop www.brazucacoffee.nl. If you have any questions, please contact us at co@brazucacoffee.nl.

We roast our coffees in small batches to make sure you get it delivered to your doorstep freshly roasted.

Shipping & Delivery Costs

Brazuca Coffee uses PostNL as our parcel service. We offer the following shipping options within NL: 

- PostNL Standard 0-23kg - €4,95 

  • Free shipping on orders over €30,00 

Orders sent via PostNL are normally delivered on the next delivery day (Monday to Friday)

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent out on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We unfortunately do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

International orders shipped via PostNL Abroad can arrive anytime between 2 and 5 working days after shipment depending on the destination. Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for payment of those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be high and we are unable to calculate them for you.

  • Free shipping on orders over €50,00 (Belgium and Germany)
  • Europe (rates calculated at checkout, it varies by country)
  • Europe free shipping on orders over €100,00
  • Rest of the world (rates calculated at checkout, it varies by country)

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
